Software Features and Description

1. CrewAlert TOD (“TOD" for Top Of Descent) is an application for airline crew to quickly and easily collect data reflecting their experienced sleepiness levels (on the KSS scale), and securely sharing that back for use by researchers or an airline operator.

2. For an operator, the data can be used for monitoring fatigue risk trends, levels and identifying hotspots - guiding the fatigue risk improvement work done in operations, but also the crew planning processes.

3. For research, the data can benefit validation and development of so called bio-mathematical models.

4. Those will for each data collection be provided by a designated 'data collection coordinator' at the operator.

5. Note: CrewAlert TOD cannot be used without an approved ’survey code’ and a ‘personal ID code’.

Install CrewAlert TOD app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using CrewAlert TOD on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "CrewAlert TOD"
The search will reveal the CrewAlert TOD app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once CrewAlert TOD is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including CrewAlert TOD.
Now enjoy CrewAlert TOD on PC.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use CrewAlert TOD,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "CrewAlert TOD" » then Click "Install".
- CrewAlert TOD will now be available on your Windows start-menu.
