Really, I like the gameplay of this app. However, I contacted customer support with a complaint regarding political ads and I never received a reply. I’m a big believer that customer support can make or break a company/developer because, well, customers are pretty important! It’s a personal thing that I do not purchase from an app if I do not receive the courtesy of a response. If I do receive a helpful or kind response, I tend to spend a lot.
There are two issues I have with this game, and both have nothing to do with the gameplay! First and foremost, I do not appreciate political ads being shoved in my face, especially in a game! Developers need to remember that a lot of players have strong political views, that gaming should be entertainment and not politics, and that such ads could turn players off. This developer obviously has a deep well of ads they can draw from; they should do the moral thing and stay away from ads that could anger players, no matter how much money they are getting from them.
Secondly, speaking of ads, the option to watch an ad for extra moves, a power up, etc. often does not work. It says that ads are loading but they don’t. Yet there is no problem loading the ads that automatically play after each level...
I would be MORE than happy to update this review should I receive a reply from customer support. The game itself is great, but I’m not going to give a positive review to an indifferent developer.

I adore this game but please step up the ads so we can continue to receive the boosters. It offers us the ads but won’t allow us to watch ads..... We can’t keep up our boosters without having the ads......

Why is this set up similar to Toon Blast?

I have a question why is everything similar to Toon Blast? I know this is a match 3 game and Toon Blast is a match 3 popping cubes game but the whole game looks similar and I was wondering if your company and Peak are the same thing?

It’s a fun game, needs variety in the levels

I do like this game however each level seems pretty much the same. I’m on level 365 or so and it’s not much different from any other level. I still play often and it does pass the time for me but we need a little more variety as each level gets passed..
