This is the first time I’ve actually opted to write a review because I’ve never had an app work this well. I watched a news report that mentioned spam callblocker and it sounded like it should work because it makes sense. There’s a database that constantly collects spam numbers and YOU have the ability to add more numbers within the app. So the data base is constantly growing. I’m normally real skeptical when an app wants this much money but I have 3-8 spam calls everyday and the majority come on Monday and Friday. I didn’t have to do anything and ALL the calls immediately stopped. When I got the app it said that it would track calls and provided with its database it would guess which ones were fake and ask me which ones I would like to block. I’ve had to do that ONLY TWICE. It already knows all these numbers that have been calling me and already knew to block them all. I do a lot of online shopping so I’m sure my number has been passed around to everyone. So if that sounds like you I can’t advise you enough to get this.

I had an unfortunate time with my carrier, and was forced into changing my phone number. When I checked the app Blocker, it was not working on my new number, and there is no way to change your subscription if this happens. I went through all the procedures outlined to stop the subscription, but that didn’t work either. Since this is 3rd party software, Apple or your carrier cannot assist. The only thing I could do was to cancel my subscription with my bank, but since I paid for an entire year, where is my refund? You must use PayPal, or a good credit card that will stop this payment, because there is no other way. No contact information anywhere, in case there is a problem like this one. My advise: DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME. NOT A GOOD PROGRAM AT ALL!

I downloaded this after reading the reviews and hoped it actually worked but figured I'd do the free trial and see what I thought. The app blocked 2 spam the app that same day! I even recognized the number because they the app so much. I listened to the recording from the the app and laughed out loud. Today I got a the app from an unknown number but obviously not spam and the app gave me the full name of the person that called. I would recommend this app to anyone who gets a lot of spam calls and people who just don't like answering unknown numbers. One thing I would prefer is if voicemails still went through my regular voicemail section of my phone because I like being able to read them instead of listening to them but it's a small thing to deal with.

I stupidly gave out my number a few months ago while applying for health insurance and I kid you not received 50 phone calls from telemarketers in one hour, that’s the day I got this app! It can even help you with people who spoof numbers trying to trick you into answering because it looks like a local number. I like the option of the answer bots, they’re hilarious! And it has definitely deterred certain agencies from calling me again. If it misses one that is spam and lets it come through, you can block it through the app and it won’t let it happen again. This app has significantly decreased the number of telemarketing and spam calls that I’ve received since downloading, I will never go back!
