Locked in tutorial- cannot play game

After update cannot exit slots.
Maxed girl but the tutorial is asking me to do mini game which i cannot get anymore.
All the buttons do not respond except for spin so i cannot exit to play any other part of the game.
And i cannot delete the data to start over after a reinstall
