Can’t Load App

Ever since October 31st, I’ve not been able to access the app at all. I’ve placed multiple orders & wanted to check the status of them... I uninstalled & reinstalled the app to find that it was working again, but as soon as I logged into the app so I can view my orders - it would crash. Then every time I try to open the app after that it just immediately crashes and I can’t even load the home page/app.
Kind of frustrating because I keep getting emails about new gear & sales, but I can’t even load the app period, let alone make a purchase...

App not working right

App was great for a while, but after a few days it started not wanting to work right. I would open it then it would close. I deleted the app and then reinstalled it a few times and it still doesn’t what to work right. Had to go to the this app website to be able to order and check status of my orders.

Great app and easy to use but there is no support or help page

I love the app and how much easier it makes it to order on your mobile device. But I’m having trouble viewing my current and past orders. There isn’t a help tab In the menu. I know there is a number to call but I have to go to the website to find it.
