Software Features and Description

1. The new My Triumph app is built with Google and works in conjunction with the My Triumph Connectivity System to provide live navigation on your motorcycle via the TFT instruments.

2. Full instructions for operation on your motorcycle are provided with the My Triumph Connectivity Module, as fitted by your Authorised Triumph Dealer.

3. • GoPro control – World’s first integrated motorcycle GoPro control system, allowing video and photo operation through your Triumph’s TFT system.

4. Additionally, riders who do not have a My Triumph Connectivity Module fitted can add their motorcycles and use the app to record and share their rides.

5. Additional features available from the My Triumph Connectivity System.

6. • Dedicated My Garage feature that presents key information about your motorcycle when connected via Bluetooth, including odometer, average fuel consumption, and time/distance to service.

7. These are facilitated by the Accessory fitted My Triumph Connectivity Module, and do not require the My Triumph app.

8. • View ride summaries at the end of each journey, including map view of the ride, distance, time, and motorcycle ridden.

9. • Music operation - see the current track, and skip to next/previous track through your Triumph’s TFT system.

10. • Phone operation – make, receive, and decline calls through your Triumph’s TFT system.

11. • Additionally, use the new what3words navigation layer to select an exact 3 metre square location anywhere in the World.

Install My Triumph app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using My Triumph on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "My Triumph"
The search will reveal the My Triumph app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once My Triumph is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including My Triumph.
Now enjoy My Triumph on PC.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use My Triumph,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "My Triumph" » then Click "Install".
- My Triumph will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

Triumph online systems are terrible

OK, so I bought a new Tiger two days ago and tried to sync the app phone with its TFT so I could use the this app app to display data from the app phone on the app Tiger’s TFT. The trouble is, you can’t open the app without registering with Triumph. I had already registered with Triumph so I tried that email address and got back a message that their server was down try again later. When I tried again later, the response was that the app email address was already used so I tried the “forgot password“ link thinking I had tge wrong pw. I waited and waited and waited for an email to let me reset the app password but it never came. I then tried three other email addresses that I have and which I know have not been registered with Triumph. Same responses “That email address is already in use.” Triumph really needs to get their technology act together.

This app was pretty bad. Having used it today, it’s way better than it was. The navigation is still a bit iffy. It clearly knows where it wants you to go, but there are glitches: 1. It doesn’t understand freeway exits - the display in the bike and the spoken instructions tell you to exit onto the road you are already on, doesn’t give the exit number or the road you are exiting to. Makes US cloverleaf exits tough. So it’ll say exit onto I-470 when it should be saying exit onto Woods Chapel Rd. 2. It uses the “wrong” road names. E.g. i was riding on I-470 and then I-435, but app just calls all of this US-50, which is true, but way misleading. It should be using the major road name, not the minor road name.
No bike dashboard or turn by turn navigation

I bought the bluetooth connection module for the app Scrambler 1200 XE. This plus installation put me back at least another $500 on an already expensive bike. I managed to pair the bike and the app iPhone X for phone, text and music. However, there is no way to get the navigation to pair/work with the app and to have the app show the bike dashboard. The app become pretty useless since these are arguably the features that people will want the most. I regret the purchase and would advise you to wait until Triumph comes up with a decent app-module interaction before purchasing. Looks like more attention to app (not just bike) build quality is needed.

Will not work with iPhone 11pro. iPhone can connect to the module but not the app (needed for navigation). I had hoped developers would be a little faster to add compatibility but still won’t work. I’m sure I’ll get a response saying re-download, check the message boards here, try this, and when all else fails check with a dealership. Sadly I have tried all of those things and checked with both dealerships near me.
