What is HA Go?
HA Go is a new one-stop app developed by the Hospital Authority (HA) that integrates several HA apps with new useful features and functions. The app facilitates patients to manage healthcare more effectively at their fingertips. In the initial stage, the app provides features such as My Appointments, BookHA, Pay HA, Rehab, and Medication. The app is available in both Chinese and English.
1. Currently, the appointment services covered by HA Go include Specialist Outpatient Clinic (except Outpatient Procedure, Dental and Comprehensive Child Development Service), In-patient admission, Accident & Emergency admission, Radiology examination, Allied Health service (except Medical Social Work, Optometry and Orthoptics service), Nurse clinic and Pharmacist clinic.
2. HA Go provides a platform for the public to submit application for Specialist Outpatient Clinic (SOPC) new case appointment.
3. It covers the specialties of Anaesthesiology (Pain Clinic), Cardiothoracic Surgery, Clinical Oncology, Ear, Nose and Throat, Eye, Gynaecology, Medicine, Neurosurgery, Obstetrics, Orthopaedics & Traumatology, Paediatrics, and Surgery.
4. This platform helps patients find their dispensing records, drug information and allergy records.
5. This platform would also offer other payment options, including “Scan and Pay” and “Barcode for convenience stores”.
6. Patient on rehabilitation programme can follow instruction and carry out exercises prescribed and designed by therapists anywhere anytime at home or in community at their own choice.

- My Appointments: Patients can review upcoming appointments and attendance records in the past one year. The appointment services covered by HA Go include Specialist Outpatient Clinic, In-patient admission, Accident & Emergency admission, Radiology examination, Allied Health service, Nurse clinic, and Pharmacist clinic.
- BookHA: Patients can submit an application for Specialist Outpatient Clinic (SOPC) new case appointment.
