  1. Download an Android emulator for PC:

    I have been following Jen on Instagram for a couple years now and constantly save her posts for reference later. She gives some of the best stretching and mobility tips out there, and has helped me manage my super tight body with her great tips (especially back and legs). I was SO excited to find out she had an app because I have tried looking for thoughtful, helpful stretching/recovery in other apps and always finding myself going back to Jen’s IG posts instead. Now they’re all in one easy access place and categorized by concern, which makes my life so much easier when I’m in a rush trying to get recovery in before bed or after a workout. I could not be more grateful. Jen keep doing what you’re doing!!

    This app is just what I was looking for! I was struggling with a way to organize the various content that Dr. Jen has put out that I have saved on instagram. This is the solution I needed! I love how all of the stretches and related mobility flows are organized which makes it easy to find and put together for a workout or to address an issue. It works great for organizing warmups, adding HIIT workouts into my strength training and adding the much needed stretching and mobility that I tend to forget to add all in one app. This works much better than scrolling through all of my saved Dr. Jen posts to find the warmup or mobility flow I was looking for. Thanks the app Jen for putting together such an awesome resource!

    I have been following Jen on IG for a while now and she is amazing. Having all that she shows us and teaches in one place with this app is amazing. Take your fitness to a whole new level. She shows you how to stretch and challenge your body in different and super functional ways. From tools for headache relief to full body work outs it is all here. When I feel tight and need to stretch a certain area or just looking for a new workout idea, this is who I look to! Thank you for all the hard work that went into making this app and all you do for our community!!!

    I love how many recourses are in this app! They are organized and so specific. I am a cosmetologist and always have wrist pain....there’s a section specific for that. I had an ACL repair years ago and my hamstring on my right leg is significantly weaker than the other...there is help for hamstrings. My rotator cuff need some serious strengthening ...guess what that’s in there too! This app is a game changer 🙌👏💪😍 I do wish there was a search button at the top or something so you could type in what you are looking for since there’s so much content but it’s definitely going to benefit me so much! Thanks Dr Jen and team. Great work!!
