Sami puts her heart and soul into everything she does and this app is no exception! Workouts are easy to follow regardless of where you are physically, in your fitness journey or literally- I use the home program because gym doesn’t fit my lifestyle and it’s a perfect compliment to my daily activities. Videos are available through every exercise and it has built in timers and steps to guide you through EXACTLY what you need to do. It’s perfect for everyone but especially those who need a little extra motivation and guidance. Sami genuinely cares about everyone who uses her products and it shows! P’tula activewear and resistance bands make it a little extra fun too 😉

Love love love P’tula and Sami... and her app is just as amazing! I love using the gym workout plan and that every day is completely unique. No two days are the same, which for me is a huge plus. I love that you can favorite a workout too; there’s a couple that I love and can go back to. And each workout, as much as it may target a specific group of muscles, I still feel like I’m getting a full body workout. One of my favorite features how each and every individual exercise/move is listed in the exercise library. And for each exercise, they are explained and shown in a video, which really helps when it comes to a new move that I don’t know how to do.

I am loving the this app app Sami has made! I have been following her for years, and having an app with programs and a library of exercises she typically uses, it has elevated my workouts! I take her app to the gym with me and follow her gym program. There is also a section for her recipes! And I love having that available! It’s been helping, I am hoping for a full meal-plan soon!! Sometimes it’s easier to have Sami tell me what do to like in her workout programs! This has been a wonderful app, and not to mention I just love everything about her and her business, Ptula. I will always support Sami, and her brand as it is some of the best products for the gym and her workouts in the app. Thank you Sami!

I was hesitant to buy only because of the price.. The first time I used it I knew it worth the price! I’m a 22 year old mom of 2 boys age 2 & 3 years old. I wake up at 4am in the mornings to go to the gym because that’s my only chance! Most the time I’d pick workouts from different Instagram post and take bits and pieces or I’ve bought past programs from different instagramers. I was getting in a rut and not motivated to wake up and go to the gym. Then I got this app. It’s all planned out perfectly and feels like I have a great personal trainer there with me. My workouts are quicker, more effective and I’m burning more calories! I’m extremely thankful for this app. Thank you!!!!! 💙💙💙 plus the meals on this! Wow this is all in one. It’s worth it I promise!!!!!
