Alexa, Her nous and & Look alike sister are the greatest. They have live sales daily with free giveaways and descriptions of every item being sold. They have great clothes, shoes, jewelry & more but best of all they have great customer service & they answer all your questions! Alexa has a great fashion sense for all ladies size XS - PLUS sizing up to 14W-24W! She is able to incorporate the latest fashion trends that will make you feel confident, happy & glowing when you walk out the door wearing the clothing she has supplied you with. The only thing I could suggest is maybe for her to carry some more night time wear, something you can feel comfortable in while cuddling up in bed! Other than that she’s got you covered! Will continue to shop this Boutique on line & share with everyone I know!

Shopping here was great until I had a issue. Then I found out how bad the customer service is. When purchasing a shirt, the charge went through my credit card multiple times. I had proof the app taking a picture of my credit card statement showing the charge posted 4 times. Since my credit card kept giving me an error I used my debit card. The amount went through twice and posted twice. They couldn’t do anything because they show it only went through once. I work in the customer service industry and realize things happen and it’s out of my control. I filed a dispute with the banks. After sending them proof it posted multiple times their idea of customer service is lets block her from the boutique and move on because we have other customers, with no notification. Great customer service right here! It doesn’t matter how much you spend here they don’t care about you. On the upside there are so many boutiques with free shipping and the same clothing.

Awesome shopping

I have shopped at many boutiques. But Alexa Rae is my favorite. She offers the best selection of clothing at great prices and her door buster sales are the best. Alexa is small like me but I’m much shorter lol and she tends to carry more smaller sized clothing than most boutiques with still accommodating the plus sizes. I’m one to prefer more of a true fit with very little flow and she has that where most boutique clothing has way to much flow.
Her customer service is phenomenal and ships very fast. She’s in Colorado I’m in Florida and from time I order it’s at my door in 3 days. Glad I found you and have shared your boutique with many of my friends.
