Game is really cool but the lag time is horrible. Many times when energy sources mature you don’t get your energy and same goes for the animals and factories. I won’t be spending anymore money until these issues are fixed. I don’t mind dropping some cash to play the game but if I don’t get my supplements it’s a waste of money. When messaging the help center they basically said they are to far away and working on it. They didn’t even give me anything back that I spent or reimburse me for the lost items I never got to collect. Horrible customer service, if you want your customers to spend money be sure you can deliver. UPDATE-looks like the developers found the problem, I was re-notified after a few weeks of the complaint that they see the issue and told me to stop playing for now. I did not respond. After 5 min they said they fixed the problem and issued me a credit for some energy. Very COOL of them and I’m happy with the response! Like I said before I don’t mind dropping money on an app game, back in the day I would spend $50-$70 on a new console game that had an ending. These new app games have continued play time so dropping a few buck to play is like a fart in the wind when the game plays correctly and customer service understands when things go wrong!

On the plus side, it is easier to play then Klondike. It’s easier to get things to renew energy. But on the minus side it is much harder to get resources. Selling things on the order board to the captain, who comes up about 10% of the orders, gives you additional supplies such as saws, hammers, and trowels. These are necessary to finish factories and make items in those factories. The problem is we don’t get enough of those items and if you don’t get those items you can’t make the factories to make items to progress forward. Even when you do make the factories, many items that are made in the factories require these three items. There is a way out of it though: using real money to buy rubies so you can purchase these items. I’m not talking about just a few items I’m talking about dozens and dozens, so we’re talking about lots and lots of money. I don’t mind spending some money on a game, especially when it’s fun like this, but this is not realistic. The developers need to fix this. If they do I will give this game five stars.

I like playing this game, but there are issues with it. There seems to be frequent server problems and connection problems.... like when one of your animals is done producing, and turns into a present, pressing on the present doesn’t open it right away...and clicking on the maxed out chicken coop drives me batty! You have to listen to this persistent dinging sound until the eggs are gathered, but to gather them you press the chicken coop a bunch of times and when it’s good and ready, it will give you the eggs.... that’s just plain annoying.... also, sometimes you’ll gather the product your making and go to produce another one, and it will say that the spots are already taken. And you know they aren’t because you just gathered one...my other games play just fine! Why can’t this one?

Fun island game, but it does have a lot of lag time, never enough energy to go far, unless you can afford to spend real money on fake items, not in my budget. On top of that, you need shipments on the boat to get certain supplies to complete buildings, and yet it asks for those items before you can even complete what that factory produces, so basically you have to wait 15 hours in hopes the next ship won’t ask for furniture you can’t build without the parts needed from a shipment. This game always runs a second or two behind, and removing bushes and rocks cost more the. You can build up in a 24 hour period. I love the concept, I love the whole Polynesian Adventure thing, but I can’t afford to play the game and make progress so I am about to give up and move on. With some major adjustments, this game could just as fun as Klondike Adventure, but it’s not as player friendly as Klondike is. Just being honest!
