- The concept of the app is liked.

- App doesn't show notifications for new messages.

- No function to delete, archive, or mark matches as uninterested.

- Need to pay for subscription to read messages, which may not be worth it.

- Algorithm for identifying matches is flawed.

- VIP service did not provide serious inquiries and was bombarded with scam/phishing messages.

Needs some work

I love the service that I get want to use the website version of this. However the app doesn’t show me when new messages come in anymore. I don’t know if that’s just glitch from an incompatibility with iOS 14, as it seems to correspond with that timeframe. I was unable to fix this after a force restart and a removal and re-download of the app.
Delete unwanted matches

Please create a function to be able to delete, archive, or mark matches as uninterested. Some people aren’t a match but then they still show in this long list of people you can message. It gets confusing and hard to manage. I want to be able to see only the people I’m interested in still talking to or getting replies from.
FULL of scammers

Signed up for the VIP service for a month so I could read messages sent to me from potential roommates- I wasn’t able to read them unless I paid for the membership. Once I did, I have now been bombarded with scam/phishing messages. No serious inquiries. Truly terrible service. Do not recommend.
Waste of money

I loved the concept of this app but it turned out to be a huge disappointment and waste of money. I didn’t realize that you could only read messages if you’ve paid for the subscription, so even though I reached out to a bunch of potential “matches” I didn’t get replies (presumably because they haven’t paid to read their messages or because they are scam accounts anyways). The algorithm for identifying matches is also flawed - I kept getting matched with people that were looking for apartments in entirely different cities. As much as I like the idea of this app, the business model is terrible and not worth the money.
