3. - When users do squat, deadlift, or lunge, they can get audio feedback to exercise in a proper and efficient way.

4. - When you run, you will get audio feedback not only pace or distance but also your foot strike and balance.

5. - When you work out, you can see your balance data in real-time to see if how good or bad you are doing.

6. Install SALTED Training app through play store.

7. As instructed within Salted Training App, connect to SALTED Smart Shoes via Bluetooth.

Install SALTED TRAINING app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using SALTED TRAINING on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "SALTED TRAINING"
The search will reveal the SALTED TRAINING app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once SALTED TRAINING is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including SALTED TRAINING.
Now enjoy SALTED TRAINING on PC.
