All u have to do to charge the watch. Squeeze the charger and clip it to the watch aligning the tiny copper prongs up with the contacts on the back of the watch. (Common sense lol). When u meet the daily goals for each of the listed activities YOU have to put a check next to the activity/goal reached for each day. The watch will automatically reset every 24 hours and start over everyday depending on your watch settings. Your phones probably the host for the virus not I techs website. I’d be very surprised if u obtained the virus from iTechs server/website. There’s lots of diff ways to contract a virus on the web and if u don’t have some kind of anti-malware or debugging application to safeguard YOUR electronics. ITechs anti virus programs will NOT keep viruses off YOUR smartphone or computer. I tech safeguards I tech and pineapple safeguards pineapples electronics. There’s no way to guarantee your safety or the safety of your electronics on the web 100% of the time. 🙄
Worst smart watch ever

My husband bought this watch hoping it would work. The 1st he got wouldn’t even connect to his phone via Bluetooth. So he took it back and got another one, the 2nd one will connect to the phone via Bluetooth but will NOT connect to this app. And it has to connect to the app to use it. We have tried everything to get this thing to work and it won’t. It was a total waste of money. The watch itself came with very poor instructions and none of the instructions told you how to pair it to the app. On the website it does however tell you but even with following the instructions from the website we still couldn’t get it to pair. This product needs to be completely redone.

Ummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm, there is a lot to fix here- First of all, PLEASE! fix the tutorial. Second, you need to let people know how to charge the watch and, how to use the app Third, there is a bug, when I have completed my goal for calories burned it never puts a ✅ next to it Four, you should make a parent app so that the parents can track the watch to see where the child is although, you don’t need the parent app if you don’t need it. Five, please make it be able to put more than five timers Six, make a count down timer Seven, please update this app at least every 6 months Questions- Do you sell separate cases for the watches? If you do not, do so What is the “third party access” option at the bottom of the profile mode? Please answer things questions and fix all 6 of the problems. (If you fix these things and answer my questions then I will fix my review) THANK YOU!!!

So far I like the watch, I have it connected to my phone and so far I have no complaints. My only question is, how do I check my notifications? It will pop up saying I have one, but I can’t seem to figure out how to check it. And I have it set up for phone calls and text, the calls pop up but my text do not! Any recommendations?
