What is EndeavorRx?
EndeavorRx is a video game treatment designed for children aged 8-12 with ADHD. It is the first and only FDA-authorized video game treatment for this condition. The game is powered by Selective Stimulus Management Engine (SSME™) technology, which targets and challenges areas of the brain that play a key role in attention function. The game requires a prescription from a healthcare professional, and treatment is provided by PhilRx, the pharmacy partner. The game is designed to improve attention function as measured by computer-based testing in children with primarily inattentive or combined-type ADHD.
1. If your child experiences any side effects related to playing EndeavorRx (such as frustration, headache, dizziness, emotional reaction, nausea, or aggression), stop the treatment and contact your child’s healthcare professional before resuming.
2. You should contact your child's healthcare professional and review the important indications, safety, and cautions in the Instructions for Use before deciding on using the EndeavorRx treatment.
3. Created by world-class neuroscientists and award-winning game designers, EndeavorRx is powered by Selective Stimulus Management Engine (SSME™) technology that is designed to challenge and target areas of the brain that play a key role in attention function.
4. This free app connects directly to your child’s EndeavorRx treatment, so you can get a daily snapshot of your child's in-game mission completion and effort score.
5. EndeavorRx may not be appropriate for patients with photo-sensitive epilepsy, color blindness, or physical limitations that restrict use of a mobile device; parents should consult with their child’s healthcare provider.
6. EndeavorRx should be played for approximately 25 minutes a day, 5 days a week for at least 4 consecutive weeks or as directed by your child’s healthcare professional.
7. In clinical practice, EndeavorRx is indicated to improve attention function as measured by computer-based testing in children ages 8-12 years old with primarily inattentive or combined-type ADHD, who have a demonstrated attention issue.

11. Patients who engage with EndeavorRx demonstrate improvements in a digitally assessed measure (Test of Variables of Attention, T.O.V.A.®) of sustained and selective attention and may not display benefits in typical behavioral symptoms, such as hyperactivity.
