Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Text Capture"
The search will reveal the Text Capture: Image to Text app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Text Capture is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Text Capture.

I found this app browsing and I couldn’t be happier!! My son is multi-lingual and this app is great for his studies. Just point and shoot and the the app is copied...then you have multiple options to edit, translate (his favorite part) or read it back aloud (my favorite part). Look forward to seeing this easy to use app grow.

I tried all of them and this one works best. I tried the free ones as well but they messed up on the the app too much. This one did the best job and is well worth the $2.99 to upgrade.
