Install VIA Link app on your Windows in 4 steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .
- Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.
- Using VIA Link on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:
- Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "VIA Link"
- The search will reveal the VIA Link app icon. Open, then click "Install".
- Once VIA Link is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including VIA Link.
- Now enjoy VIA Link on PC.

The app and service are terrible

this app service and app have gotten worse . The drivers are constantly late. The drop-off time is usually way off from what it said on the app. They give you the option of booking rides hours in advance, yet the pick-up and drop off are constantly late. Right now as I’m typing this, I am most likely going to be late for the first time at my second job. I have been late 3 times to work this year so far. All have been because of this app and service. It doesn’t matter if I book the ride minutes or hours in advance.
The people in charge of this service place all the blame on the drivers. A lot of the times it’s whoever is in charge of booking the rides who is at fault. Don’t bothering calling the number to book rides, they’re way worse.

Safe and Affordable!

I was a little apprehensive at first but overall great idea! I still get to ride free with my Alamo College ID. It has saved me an hour in my travel time one way! Please replace 629, 630, & 631 with this app!!

really great service ! i do wish they would expand it to the rest of san antonio or at least more areas ! such as the randolph park and ride ! though this is a trial service so it’s understood ! i also wish the drops would be a bit more accurate? aside from that the service is really great. friendliest drivers, safe rides, and quick and convenient !

Should’ve kept the busses

If you like being late to where you need to be this is the way to go. For some reason they never have enough rides for a time you’ve selected. And if you manage to book a ride it always at least 10 mins over the time frame you’ve picked. They simply don’t have enough vans. Please bring back the busses
