To get started, Download the OpenPC software »

- Login to the PlayStore we just installed

IOS 13.4 mismatch

You have done a great job being mobile game devices innovators. However, the mismatch with the iOS 13.4 upward issue hasn’t been fixed. We appreciate your efforts working with apple hut how long do we have to leave our expensive gadgets. Yes apple has updated the software iOS leading to the failure of the game pad. You should update the software to solve the issue. I though this update was to fix to problem but after updating I got so disappointed. Who would like to buy an expensive game pad and leave it because of software issues. Do something about it before you lose us, we do not want to leave u but you are also leaving us with that option. Be fast and resolve the software issue (collaborations helps)
Issues with combo buttons

Update: Combo button issue exists but Macros are awesome! It actually supports dragging! Both device and app is great! However there are still improvements to be made. First, device/app is having trouble recognizing combo buttons like LB+A. It would recognize [A] followed by [LB+A] instead of JUST [LB+A]. Hope this can be corrected. Second, macros are awesome! It’d be even better to support not only TAPPING but also DRAGGING. 大爱！设备和app都很好！但是仍有可提升的空间。比如在识别组合按键的时候就会发生连键的问题，本来想按[LB+A]却变成了按了一下[A]之后再[LB+A]，这就会打断游戏里的动作。另外宏功能非常棒，希望能支持不只触摸点击，还能同时支持拖拽的操作。比如用xml作为载体录制一段操作。加油加油！
No longer works for iPhones

Bought the Apex controller for PUBG & CODM which worked great when I first bought it but since then the app no longer works with the new iPhone updates. Been waiting for a few months now hoping they would release an update to solve this problem with no news in sight. I tried to hold off on updating my iPhone but the update notification kept notifying me about 5-6 times a day. Well, I accidentally hit the install update notification while using my phone which now means the controller just became a paper weight.

please add support for Ride Out Heroes by NetEase because turning and looking while pressing other buttons such as firing and walking is not working on the the app apex. i did not spend $60 for a useless product. please update multiple button inputs!
