Premium Coloring Book

I recently downloaded your app and was so pleased with it I purchased the lifetime membership. And... that’s when my problems began. Or, perhaps it was just a coincidence. The app is constantly freezing on me. When I can finally get it functioning again the the app numbers have changed, and then it freezes up again. I’ve now been trying to use this for more than a half hour. Also there are four pictures I’ve completed that your clue icon tells me still need coloring. When I activate the icon, it takes me to a spot that’s clearly completely colored. Ive sent three emails regarding this but no response. I have six other coloring apps on my phone, so if you don’t want to address my concerns that’s fine. You can then refund me the money I’ve payed and I’ll delete your app. If that’s not satisfactory, then I’ll contact my credit card company and dispute the charges... and then delete your app. As you can tell, after several contacts and no response... I’m not very happy. The sad part is... when it works, it’s the best coloring app Ive got !

I don’t like that the app does not open to fill the screen, only the center. Also the outlining of the pictures are too thick that smaller areas are not visible. I can’t even tell if there is anything there to fill in bcuz all I see is black. Please adapt the app to fill the screen no matter what device a person is using when using it. Also please THIN out the picture outline so we can see the detail. Looking at a picture and seeing mostly black, even when colored, does not entice me to use the app.

I would give 5 stars if game is fixed!! Paid the $50 to unlock all pictures for a lifetime a few months ago app worked fine got all the pictures. Well went on one day and app would come up and then go black and kicked off back to my home screen. Emailed the app developers asking for an update to fix the app finally after a few days the update was available so I’ve updated the app went to go on and same thing as before got kicked off and right back to my home screen on my phone!!! Total ripoff dont pay to unlock pictures because the app wont work after!!!

Two things would make me use your app more. 1: When the the app is done, go directly to the next the app, not a check mark. 2. The grey shadow is too light to see ... hard to distinguish from the white, especially with the thick black lines between them. A the app with a pattern would be helpful ... any the app but grey. If these changes are made, I’ll re-rate the app to a 5. I love the pictures!
