Pitch black nothingness

First of all it’s a great game, you’ve put a lot of work and care into it and I can’t wait to see how it turns out in the future! :) but, there’s just one problem. After I downloaded it and completed the tutorial it was just pitch black, nothingness. You can still press buttons but it’s hard to see where they are cause you know, pitch black :/ if you can fix this I would love it, then I could finally lvl up and equip my new cards!

I have read review after review speak about things that are obviously their own fault or absolutely in denial to their own way out there standards.
This game is well made and fair. They give you so many gems/keys to open chests they are just begging you to keep playing. The only downside/wall that they created is the coins you earn to upgrade your cards can be a little sparse after lvl 6 but if you are patient you can get around it.
Balance issues are always a problem per se but honestly I have gotten around these issues by upgrading cards to beat out the OP ones, and I would like to stress that there is only 1 card right now who is OP and it’s red riding hood.
People saying they stole characters can just grow up, you can tell those are written by kids by what they are saying. Characters with abilities is a finite experience and characters have been used and tweaked and reused since NES.
This is a great game and you should give it a chance.

Good game but released too early.

This particular apps stands out amongst the others but it is very easy to lose interest. To simplify, there are not enough things to do in the game. I have conversed with other players in my team, nearly everyone has stopped playing after 2 weeks. The game needs more features as it is kind of pale compared to the other alternatives that have more options to utilize or extra features. I believe the developers rushed the game, the focus was on the gameplay and not on engagement with the players.

Ok so I just started playing this game and was finishing my tutorial and got a chest... after that the game told me to go click on something but the screen was blank. I first i tried to reopen it but nothing was working. So I uninstalled and reinstalled but nothing really happened...Can you please fix this bug if your reading this sega!
