1. Once identified in the Ev Suite app, the organizers can see the events they manage, the access points previously configured and the list of the event attendees.

2. - Check the attendees list and the current status of the entries and exits at each access point.

3. The event organizer must enter the login provided by Eventool (email and password) in order to manage the event and the access points.

4. The actual status of each attendee, as well as the entries and exits for each access point can be checked at any time.

5. Organizers can record the entries and exits of visitors with the Ev Suite app.

6. The Ev Suite app allows organizers to accredit attendees through QR technology or manually.

7. Ev Suite works only with the Eventool registration system.

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Eventool Suite"
The search will reveal the Eventool Suite app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Eventool Suite is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Eventool Suite.
Now enjoy Eventool Suite on PC.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use Eventool Suite,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "Eventool Suite" » then Click "Install".
- Eventool Suite will now be available on your Windows start-menu.
