1. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

2. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.

3. Smart TV Remote for Vizio is not compatible with Vizio SmartCast TVs released before 2016 and with legacy Vizio Internet Apps Smart TVs.

4. Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal.

6. When current trial/subscription period expires, user will be unsubscribed.

7. The current active subscription period can not be canceled.

8. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user’s Account Settings after purchase.

9. After subscription expires, user will no longer be able to use Interaction tab.

10. TV Remote for Vizio is designed specifically to control Vizio SmartCast TVs.
