Avoid this shady sportsbook!

My FB feed is littered with promo offers from this group. So I joined and took advantage of one of their promos only to find that they had no intention of honoring that. Even though I opted in and joined under that premise, they weaseled out of honoring the promotion. When I brought it up to them, expecting good people to honor what was obviously their mistake-they shot me down. Then when I asked to my withdraw my deposit, they denied it!! After another request for them to honor the deal-they cancelled my account without notification while retaining my money! Only after a couple weeks did I find out my account is cancelled and I was able to successfully request my money. What a sham! Avoid at all costs. Seriously, I use two other books far more easily without a single hitch!

This is the worst sporting app out there. The sports lines are not in line with others which are available. Not that you look for or root for a push but lines are never +/- .0 always has a hook that you can never buy down. Their casino app is no good. Save your money. I get a casino and sports app is going to make money for the house but there is no winning no matter what game you play. Blackjack...be prepared for having a 12 over and over again against a face card. Or better the dealer getting 21’s 3 out of 4 hands consistently. Stick to other gaming sites as the app is behind other sports books available.

The option to make a deposit is so bold; I tried to withdraw my money and accidentally made a deposit. The withdraw option is not even highlighted just plain text; and it’s under the cashier option. To deposit money it’s instant; they’ll take your money in a heartbeat. But if you wanted to withdraw; if you manage to find the option. You can only do it by check which takes a month. Horrible sports betting; I’m gonna stick with fanduel which allows me to withdraw my funds quickly and don’t trick people.
