Install FitBridge for Fitbit app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:

This app spent hours syncing (no progress information displayed either) only to get nowhere. I then purchased Fitbit-to-Apple-Health-Sync and retried syncing with that app and it synced multiple years of my Fitbit data in less than 5 minutes. Don’t waste your $2 with this app.
Chose dates does not work

The chose dates option DOES NOT work This means the app only works from installation date forward and you must refresh the sync daily Totally stupid computer top off This is why I NEvER pay for apps I always get ripped off
