What is Bryton Active?

The Bryton Active app is an easy-to-use app that allows users to track and plan workouts, customize their device, plan trips, sync to popular 3rd party platforms, and much more. The app offers a user-friendly interface, zero-touch setup, and convenient Bluetooth communication for syncing rides and viewing detailed ride overviews and analysis. Users can plan trips on their trip-enabled Bryton computer, automatically sync workouts with 3rd party platforms, update firmware/GPS data, and much more.

Software Features and Description

1. With the new app, it is now possible to automatically sync tracks from your device to the Active app, automatically calibrate altitude, and set up the auto pause feature of the Bryton device.

Install Bryton Active app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Bryton Active"
The search will reveal the Bryton Active app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Bryton Active is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Bryton Active.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use Bryton Active,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "Bryton Active" » then Click "Install".
- Bryton Active will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

✔ Pros:

- The app has fixed the issue with the mph option.

- The computer works great and the app is improving.

- The ability to change settings is appreciated.

☹ Cons:

- The app needs the ability to change from metric to imperial units.

- The weekly mileage is listed in km even though the units say "mi".

- The app freezes when trying to add the UUID after detecting the Rider 10 GPS, making it impossible to upload rides to Strava.

- The issue with the app freezing was resolved after rebooting the Rider 10 and iPhone 7 Plus.

The new updates on the app seem to fix the problem of having the mph option.
km to mi

like the ability to change settings, but need ability to change for metric to imperial (km to mi). On the results screen the weekly mileage is listed in km even though the units says”mi”. still not fixed.
Rider 10 issue

It won’t let me add my uuid after the program detects my rider 10 gps. It just freezes and I can’t upload my rides to strava now. The old app worked fine **edit The problem was fixed after rebooting the rider10 and my iphone7 plus. I am now a satisfied customer
