Download and install the Wegmans SCAN app on your Windows 10,8,7 or Mac in 4 simple steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC and Mac:

- Install the emulator on your PC or Mac:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.
- Using Wegmans SCAN on PC [Windows 7/ 8/8.1/ 10/ 11]:
- Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Wegmans SCAN"
- The search will reveal the Wegmans SCAN app icon. Open, then click "Install".

✔ Pros:

Simple, Efficient, Easy to use

10/10 would recommend.
It was really easy to use and it cut my in-store time down significantly. It works best when you bring your own reusable bags so you’re not awkwardly bagging at the self check-out after you pay.
The camera scanner feature can be a little sensitive, so be sure to hold each item away from others when scanning. The first time you use the app, be mindful that you scan each item before putting it in the basket. It’s so easy to forget, toss things in, then have to double check the list later.
Other Pros
-doesn’t drain phone battery (iPhone X)
-doesn’t use wireless data (requires you to be on the app WiFi)
-phone makes checkout sound when scanning
Suggestions for the developers:
I know the app is still in its infancy (5/9/19), but I would love to see it integrated with the official the app app. It could automatically check your list items off as you scan each thing.
Additionally, I think a search bar would be helpful on the List screen to remove items if you have to put something back.

Get it. Just get it. Enter your phone number or the app card to start. Weigh your produce and get a sticker, then scan the sticker. Scan anything you are going to buy! BYOBs and set them up in your cart, so you can scan and go as you shop. At the Pittsford, NY the app, you need to check out at the self-check registers, at this time. Wow! BEST - easiest - most fun grocery shopping experience EVER!

Easy, but not convenient

So now I need to go from my families list we put on Alexa, transfer it to the the app app, then switch between the regular app and the scanning app while juggling items and bags. Concept is awesome but they need to make one app for your list and scanning that works with Alexa

Excellent app. Speeds checkout time immensely. The one thing it needs in an incorporated grocery list so I don’t need to switch apps. Integration with Alexa would be perfect!
