1. The 12th International Diabetes Federation Western Pacific Region Congress (IDF-WPR 2018), concurrently happening with the 10th Scientific Meeting of Asian Association for the Study of Diabetes (AASD), is held in Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre (KLCC), Malaysia, from 22 to 25 November 2018.

2. This biennial congress is the perfect platform for leading scientists, practitioners, healthcare experts and care providers to gain the latest insights and knowledge related to the major developments in diabetes in recent years.

3. The congress is jointly organised by Diabetes Malaysia (DM), Malaysian Endocrine & Metabolic Society (MEMS), National Diabetes Institute (NADI) and Malaysian Diabetes Education Society (mdEs).

4. The congress highlights the theme “Enhancing Knowledge & Skills – Transforming Diabetes Care”, focusing on the latest advances in the prevention and treatment of diabetes.
