1. Zurich LiveWell provides some extra support and encouragement by giving members tailored tools and resources to help them live a healthier, happier life.

2. Zurich LiveWell is a digital wellness benefits program designed to help support Zurich customers’ mental, physical and social wellbeing.

3. The Zurich LiveWell app is only available to people who hold an eligible Zurich insurance policy and have opted in to be a member of the Zurich LiveWell program.

4. Zurich LiveWell integrates with Apple Health.

5. The app also integrates with other third party fitness devices, and if you grant access to those devices similar information will be shared.

6. Login details are provided directly to members by Zurich Australia Limited.

7. If you grant permission in the app, we will read your steps, calories and distance values from Apple Health.

8. The app does not write any information to your Apple Health store.

9. For best user experience we recommend using an iPhone as this app has not been designed for an iPad.

Install Zurich LiveWell app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using Zurich LiveWell on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Zurich LiveWell"
The search will reveal the Zurich LiveWell app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Zurich LiveWell is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Zurich LiveWell.
Now enjoy Zurich LiveWell on PC.
