1. Subscribe to have access to Fit With Iulia Summer 2021 Home and Gym Challenge! Including a 3-month long workout schedule that is designed to give you a challenge that will help you stay consistent and achieve results in a short time frame.

2. Fit With Iulia is designed to help you achieve your goals by giving you the necessary tools that help you stay consistent with your workouts, build heathy eating habits, and drive better results.

3. Can’t do one of the exercises given due to it being too difficult? Fit With Iulia will give you a list of alternative exercises! These exercises will target the same muscle groups on the given exercise in case you need something beginner friendly.

4. Those who purchase the challenge in place of subscribing, can log in, have access to all Fit With Iulia app features (except Goals & Workout) for 120 days and have access to the challenge forever.

5. You can set your subscription to Cancel at the end of billing period by going to your iTunes account settings.

6. Once the subscription is set to Cancel - you can still access the service until the end of billing period.

7. Here’s how Kitchen works: We calculate your macros one of two ways, using the Fit With Iulia Macro Calculator or after following a 5-day food assessment.

8. Subscription automatically renews, unless subscription is set to cancel at the end of billing period at least 24 hours before the end of billing period.

9. There are six workout plans available that are updated every week with a new set of exercises, recommended reps and sets, and appropriate training splits.

10. Access to certain features of the app requires you to pay fees in a form of subscription.

11. Practice progressive overload and track your progress directly on the app! Enter the number of reps, sets, and amount of weight used for every exercise.

    • Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "One Fitness App"
    • The search will reveal the One Fitness App app icon. Open, then click "Install".
    • Once One Fitness App is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including One Fitness App.
    • Now enjoy One Fitness App on PC.

  1. To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
    • Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

  2. To use One Fitness App,
    • Login to the PlayStore we just installed
    • Search for "One Fitness App" » then Click "Install".
    • One Fitness App will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

    I’ve been using the app for about 3 months now! The workouts are easy to follow, it allows you to track which workouts you already completed which is really nice. I wish some of the videos could be enlarged because the description often covers up the video depending on what she’s showing. I also wish there was a way to kind pick our own schedule by just dragging the workout into a M-S slot. Not a huge deal just nice for those who like to pre-plan or stay more organized. I saw A reviewer post about the “booty” section...maybe just put leg workouts in that the app so people aren’t confused when there’s arms/back/etc in that section too. Just a suggestion! Love this app!

    I started Julia’s workout early this year telling myself I was simply going to get in shape and follow my New Years resolutions. It’s been 3 full months and the improvements i have seen in my physique are amazing. I can lift more weight, there’s new lines on my body. If you stick to her program and push yourself you’ll definitely see some changes. If you add some good dieting and healthy habits this app will DEFINITELY help you be stronger, more in shape, and overall healthier. Absolutely love her workouts and the app makes them easy to follow. Plus who doesn’t like seeing some confetti on your screen after you complete a good workout?

    I’ve been following Iulia on Instagram for awhile and I’ve always enjoyed doing the workouts she posted on there but when I got to college it was hard to come up with my own routine everyday to workout. So I got her app and it’s been such a life saver! It’s great to just go to the gym and know you have a whole workout planned and easy to follow. She tells you how to do the exercises, how many reps and how long to rest in between. It’s great for all levels of fitness. There are also different workouts depending on your goals or what you have! I recommend it to everyone especially if you’re a busy person!

    Consistency is key. This app gives so many options from home to the gym that there is really no excuse to not working out. I absolutely love it. I’ve been subscribed since even before the app came out and the dedication and consistency of the workouts are amazing!!! She switches it up so it’s not super repetitive and I love that. She’s my #1 inspiration. Her instagram videos are so cool too if you wanna give her workouts a try before you subscribe! Oh I almost forgot to mention how she has a little blog section that specifies the differences and key points of taking pre-workout, protein shakes, etc. DEFINITELY WORTH IT 🏋🏻‍♀️❤️
