- The map in the app does not match the printed paper map, making it difficult to plan the next destination.

- The map orientation cannot be rotated.

Pros: The app does a good job of keeping up with your location as you go through the zoo. You can tell the app what pins to display (ex: info on an exhibit, restaurant locations, bathroom locations, etc.). Cons: The map in the app didn’t match the printed paper map so it was hard to plan where you wanted to go next. I couldn’t figure out how to rotate the map, it stayed stuck in one orientation. The map didn’t have all of the exhibits listed. It has a selection so you can see a restaurant’s menu, but when I tried to view it only page 2 of 3 was displayed.
