Almost as good as the website
By brython77 (Pcmac user)
I was happy to see a the app app once again and immediately downloaded and opened it. I was able to log in to my account and see my previous orders and everything as expected. I added my usual pizzas to a new order without issue. Unfortunately, unlike on my Mac, where I can use credit cards I’ve previously put into my Apple Wallet, such integration doesn’t seem to be available yet in the app. Since I didn’t have my wallet within reach, I went back to the website on my laptop (since the website’s checkout functions never worked on my phone in the past). Unfortunately, the pizzas in my cart weren’t there when I logged in, which was disappointing since I’d expect them still to be there since it’s the same account being used on two different devices. I’m hopeful that improvements will be made because sometimes, I’m just too lazy to go get my laptop, and calling the store to put in an order means the possibility to get my order wrong—not to mention giving my credit card out over the phone.

It’s true this app is garbage
By Lightnthedark (Pcmac user)
I read all the bad reviews about it not recognizing your address as being able to deliver even though you’ve ordered from there before, and there’s two stores within 5 miles of you. Loving punishment I tested all the negative issues people had with the app. Within a few minutes I threw my phone at the wall. Signed up no problem. It recognized my closest store(2.4) miles away and another(4.7). Great I gotta be close enough for one of them right? Well no it said carry out only. Showed me pictures of food to order but clicking on them did nothing. No deals pass from the pull down menu bar. Glitchy AF. Lesson learned for me. Fire up the old windows vista laptop and order from site it would be quicker and less of a headache. I could use my phone, but navigating back and forth and entering odd codes for discount can get a bit frustrating too. An app should be easy to use, helpful, and quick. This offers nothing!

Used to be my favorite
By ChadChapman (Pcmac user)
I never write reviews but hoping this will help facilitate a change. I loved this app right up until my address fell off the delivery list. Now I’m sitting here with a ton of rewards points and coupons I can’t even use. Funny thing is, if I call the place they are like “of course we deliver to you, not sure why the app says that”. Well it has said that now for months now and Marco’s has lost hundreds of dollars in my pizza orders just because this app is hell bent on saying my address is outside the delivery zone. I would love to see an update with an accurate map and algorithm.

Needs work
By Slipcue (Pcmac user)
Tried using last night and was completely frustrated. There seems to be no way to delete a mistake made when ordering, unless it’s hidden in checkout which I didn’t want to do as I wasn’t sure when my card would be charged.
Also, it gets confusing when ordering a specialty pizza, but with modifications. The way app is laid out it appears one must select “add to my order” after each choice (type, crust, toppings, etc); however, doing so adds another entire pizza to your order. Ended up ordering the old fashion way, by phone.
