Option to choose a combo disappears before it can be selected. I also shouldn’t need to scan a receipt to get the points – they should just be given when the order is complete.

I have an account, it should know what I am doing. I walked 6 blocks to pick up a sandwich, and there was no receipt in the bag. Lost my points!!!!
This app is not “there yet”. The various buttons appear at the bottom before you are allowed to push them. And they cover the order criteria.
I don’t want to have to put in my name and email address every time I order a sandwich—I have an account, remember?
I don’t want to put in my credit card information every time either. I WAS going to order with the credit card as I had put it all in on my last order, but it want the information again, so I decided to pay at the store. I cancelled my payment and it cancelled the entire order and I had to start again.
I would love the convenience of the app, but it takes longer to enter the order than it does to stand in line at the store...
Plus today, I lost my points. I was not offered a receipt. I assumed it was in the bag—nope! 😡

Needs some major help!

Ordering function works ok. Unfortunately it is impossible to get your points added to your account using the scan receipt or enter the barcode option. I have contacted support multiple times and have now stopped receiving responses. Can’t use the rewards within fun app either, they need to be used in store, which is unfortunate when trying to use the app to order. This app needs help!

Have to enter in Name, email, and phone number with every order. What's the point of logging in if you have to enter all of this info every time.
Option to make a combo disappears so everything needs to be ordered separately.
Have to enter payment info every time - if nothing else have an option for Apple pay.
