  • Needs improvement

    By MrzConspicuios (Pcmac user)

I’ve been using the app for over a month now. First off the app definitely needs improvement, It’s difficult to navigate through it to track information. When I try to go back and forth through dates it lags tremendously. Like it doesn’t want you to go to previous dates to enter information. I mean let’s be honest sometimes I forget to add data during my busiest days so I have to go back. Secondly, entering data should be easier more efficient. Example, accidentally I entered a lower pain level in the morning than I actually endured, I tried to go back to edit and it ends up putting that pain level as the level I experienced in the evening and it’s difficult to change once you save it. I also dislike that every time I log onto the app I have to go into the use & safety information. Listen I get it the first time ever using the app, sure it’s helpful to have that but to have to go through it every time I log in is pretty frustrating. I’m not saying to not have access to that information because it’s helpful but to have to go through that just to login every time is a pain. I’m using an iPhone XR I don’t know if that has anything to do with it but I do find this app extremely helpful I just wish it was built better. Orillissa has helped me so much I hope the developers of the app really listen to the feedback and sometime soon come up with an update that fixes these few issues. I would definitely re-review this if those issues were handled.
  • Great concept, but.....

For the past couple of weeks the app has been non responsive. I used the app for a month w/o any problems starting in mid December. Come mid January, I can open the app but then there is that infuriating spinning wheel staring at me 😐. Please fix this. I really like how I can track my pain and the support articles that are available are a nice touch.
  • Not user friendly

Information is hard to understand and the app itself is difficult to navigate and enter data.
  • Needs improvement.

I don’t have many good things to say about this app, sadly. I like having access to a nurse and pharmacist at the push of a button — that’s the only reason I keep it at this point. Otherwise? - App does not seem to save daily logs, which almost entirely defeats the purpose of the app. - No places to *write* extraneous information such as pain location, type, side effects experienced, etc. - Frustrating user interface — sometimes the app will not load properly at all. - Jammed with cutesy features that offer users nothing of value. If endometriosis patients are trying a GnRH antagonist, you bet your butt we’ve already tried things like simple stretching. Stop with the articles and make the logging functions work above all else, please. It would give users a visual map of progress (or lack thereof, depending on experience with the drug) and provide AbbVie more salient data on patient satisfaction. I appreciate the effort, but I’m better off using a pen-and-paper journal at this point.
