What is Townest?

Townest: Alfred’s Adventure is a magical match 3 puzzle game where the player helps Alfred renovate his hometown and find clues on his missing grandmother. The game features exciting match 3 levels, town design, special merge, magical materials, unique storyline, lively characters, and a huge magical town to explore. The game is free to play but offers optional in-game items that require payment.

Game Features and Description

1. - You may cancel a subscription during its free trial period via the subscription setting through your iTunes account.

2. - Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the period unless turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period in the account settings.

3. - Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal.

4. - Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's iTunes Account Settings after purchase.

5. However, you are not able to cancel the current subscription during its active period.

6. After clearing each colorful match-3 level, you can unlock different regions to go to, restore and decorate the town along the way! Clear levels to find clues on Alfred’s missing grandmother, which will lead you to the final revelation.

7. - No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during active subscription period.

8. This must be done 24 hours before the end of the subscription period to avoid being charged.

9. - You may turn off the auto-renewal of your subscription via your iTunes Account Settings.

10. - Any unused portion of a free-trial period, will be forfeited when the user purchases subscription.

Merging is infuriating

Okay. So, this game has potential. It has a unique storyline and I like how you can merge buildings. I think buying extra land is way too expensive and just a way for you to spend money. I do like the idea of the building storage but it’s infuriating how you can’t put buildings *into* storage or swap places with another building. I’m stuck with 3 buildings that can merge but I can’t because I have no space. That’s literally the only reasons I gave this only 3 stars. Other that that, it’s a good game.
What happened

I was enjoying the game until it reset and erased all of my progress and I have to way to reset it. I spent money on it and now it has been deleted. What a waste.

Recently made a purchase was given the items only to have the app close. When I returned to the app my purchase disappeared. Contacted them gave them information and was told all would be taken care of ASAP. Waited for over 12 hours and still no diamonds. Contacted them three more time and no response it has now been over 16 hours.
Kept crashing

Just another match 3 game, but this one has a lot of spelling and grammar errors too. It was slow to load and there’s some stuff you have to wait through after finishing a level. But the kicker was when it started crashing. It wasn’t a good enough game for me to keep trying or wait for an update. Deleted.
