Install Video - Load & Play Offline app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Video"
The search will reveal the Video - Load & Play Offline app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Video is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Video.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use Video,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "Video" » then Click "Install".
- Video - Load & Play Offline will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

Only so many songs available.

Idk if I missed something or not but I wasn’t warned about only being able to get 15 songs/videos and I can’t delete and replace any either. Once you pick the 15 videos you want you’re stuck with them! Want more? You have to pay money! I can’t afford to pay anyone money, that’s why I got an app that lets me download videos for free, so I can listen to music without paying for data or an app that makes me pay for songs.
No longer works

The download function no longer works. It will take away a credit when I hit “Download,” but never downloads the this app. Rating two stars instead of one because I can still listen to previous downloads. And no, I haven’t updated my iOS. I hope this can be fixed. :( Original Review: Please allow a way to edit the order of videos in a playlist. Currently the order seems to be random, and I haven’t found a way to change it. Other than that, it’s really good!
Love the app! Totally recommend.

Love the app and especially the fact that I can listen to music without wifi. However, I’d really like to be able to download more songs than one a day. The things I do to get more free aren’t working. Please fix this. Other than that though, LOVE IT!

I loved this app so much!!! Not only can you download music - but you can also download videos to watch offline! This was my absolute favorite app but my brother updated my phone so now it does not work... really bummed me out since there’s not another app like this.
