It works, but could be more intuitive.

You can get your job done and coordinate with renter and owners easily. The system to schedule and confirm works fine. What I would like to see is a much easier way to find a person’s reviews. While in a chat I can see who I’m talking to, but it would be really nice to have a quick way to tap their profile and see their history and reviews along with who reviewed them, and message that person if need be. That’s my biggest suggestion for this app. Get that going and I think it’s worthy of 5 stars.
App is being super glitchy

The function of this app is great, you can fully operate your the app account with it. But as of right now I can’t do anything. The screen doubles up and freezes on the dashboard screen. Tried to live chat with the help function and couldn’t even type a sentence. Please fix these glitches

This is my first year renting my Motorhome. It is taking me some effort to get familiar with the system of conducting business but the app is always there to explain and assist me with any questions that I may have. the app’s support allows me to focus on my motorhome and servicing my renters.
