Doesn’t load

Just crashes. Haven’t played once. Please fix!!! Update #1: I’ve finally been able to play, got two whole levels in, and it repeatedly crashes on Level 3. I will keep trying! What I have played is cute, but sticking with 1 star until it stops crashing (I lose a heart every time!!) Update #2: Got a new phone and it works now. So far the game is cute, it’s a typical match three. I love seeing the little the app characters. It’s a little slow, and kinda boring, but a good time waster. I haven’t really paid attention to the events because there’s just too many at once. I feel like the game it trying too hard to throw everything at you at once. But its still the app so I will keep playing.

Something VERY strange

I used some gems for a special gacha and it appeared as if I didn’t get a character but when I looked at the characters I got, it said I have a unicorno names Sakura and t had no stars and no special abilities. Out of curiosity, I equipped it and tried to play a level but nothing but the background and matching tiles appeared. I tried match 3 characters. The tiles switched positions but did nothing. Then I matched another and nothing happened. I had matched 5 of the same tile in a row and nothing happened. I may restart my phone and see if the game is okay. Edit: I was able to open the app and switch characters and everything seems okay
Fun app

I gave it four stars because sometimes it crashes after I have bought items but before i could use them and I dont get them back when I log back in. I also wish the gems bought during a game were available immediately like in other games. The game itself is fun and challenging and the characters are cute
