I ❤️ this game. But when I got a new phone it wouldn’t update my progress. Every other game updated my progress when I connected to FB except this one. It made me start over at the beginning, when I was on Level 519 on my other phone. This is the only game that didn’t sync my progress despite repeated attempts, disconnecting and reconnecting to FB and power cycling. It just won’t sync. That’s more than a year’s worth of progress down the drain. Very disappointing. At this point if I could give it no stars I would because I’m so frustrated. And it was my favorite game prior to this. Grrrrrr Edit: it also screws you out of prizes sometimes. It will say you’ve won a prize but it doesn’t show up. Like for watching a video, or for a community event. Like I just collected a free hour of play, but it’s not there. Just my normal 5 lives. The game is fun but that part is frustrating. Now I have to clear 11 yes I said 11 ads before I can play every time I launch the game. And lately it’s been crashing about ten seconds after I start to play and relaunches which screws me out of one of my lives. I wish they could get their crap together because it’s one of my favorite games to play if it didn’t have so many bugs and ads.

After you advance through the games it becomes very predictable whether or not you are going to win or not. Halfway into the game getting matches is at a crawl and each match doesn’t result in much. However when the game is set for you to win just about every match results in big payoffs. Becomes boring waiting for game set points to advance.

I’m so happy to be able to play my game again. The crazy number of ads at startup are back down to a very reasonable 2-4 ish. The game play speed is perfectly normal and relaxing. Thanks for responding to our reviews and bringing my favorite game back to its former glory. Previous review: I agree with the other recent reviewers. This game was relaxing but now the pieces move after each move REALLY REALLY fast. It’s disturbing. Please developers, fix this fast! Also the million ads right at the beginning are pretty annoying. 3 or 4 is ok. 14 is ridiculous.

I have played this game for a long time and like that you can win bonus snow flakes very 24 hours. However since the last update, every time you start a game you have to get through 9 or 10 ads for other games before you start and when you do finally get to the start screen another ad breaks in. I was getting notices that if I made an in game purchase the ads would stop. I did but the ads didn’t. I contacted customer support and they said the ticket was closed because they didn’t deal with game play. So I submitted another ticket 4-5 days ago and have had no response. Don’t waste your money trying to get away from the ads It doesn’t work.
