Great game, poor cloud save

This game is pretty great, balanced economy, innovative take on idle game. The issue is that though the web-based (steam, etc.) version of the game’s cloud save seems to work just fine, they seem to have not figured out how to have it work consistently on IOS. I spent a few bucks on an in-app purchase and logged in a few hours later to find my progress (and purchase) nowhere to be found. Would like it restored or a refund for what I spent.

Major Cloud save problem

Game itself is pretty fun, but The game regularly erases your data with no apparent way to recover it. The first time it happened was 24 hours after starting the game and just after my first reset, the game just wiped itself and I had to start all over. Then last night, 3 weeks in of playing the game diligently every day for about 3-4 hours my data randomly erased itself again.
