Software Features and Description

1. Scale modes allows you to pick a scale and see each fingering chart as you play the scale.

2. Play a note and the transposition tool will show you that transposed notes in Concert Pitch, Bb, Eb and F.

3. The Tuner displays the frequency and note you are trying to play along with your instruments frequency.

4. The interactive fingering chart shows notes chromatically in each instruments range.

5. Note duration and scale size adjustable.

6. Check your fingering by playing the note shown.

7. See something in your band music you don't understand? Search it in the dictionary to find out what it means.

8. Band Toolbox is a set of essential tools for the new practicing musician.

9. You can adjust the slider for tempo or choose from a list of common tempos.

10. The chart will turn green if you are correct.

Install Band Toolbox app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using Band Toolbox on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Band Toolbox"
The search will reveal the Band Toolbox app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Band Toolbox is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Band Toolbox.
Now enjoy Band Toolbox on PC.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use Band Toolbox,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "Band Toolbox" » then Click "Install".
- Band Toolbox will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

Great app, everything you need

Solid app, clean interface and intuitive to use. I’m a the app director and the best thing for me is that you’ve got several key tools you need all in one place. Simple design and tons of functionality are turning this into my “go to” tool for rehearsals and lessons. My two biggest pros... (1) The metronome is straight ahead and not cluttered with things I don’t need (love the tempo markings associated with set tempos!). (2) Fingering chart with notes is crystal clear and provides a nice visual reference to show the student. Looking for a solid, all in one app full of extremely useful tools to have on your podium during rehearsal? Look no further, you found it!

This has everything a the app wind player needs to survive in an ensemble. I can’t wait to share this with my middle school kids, especially the ones that play transposing instruments. My French horns struggle so much with concert pitch, now they’ll be able to see it as they play. Metronome, tuner, terminology dictionary, fingering chart all in one. Great app!

It’s pretty incredible that is has all note charts for some many instruments. When my daughter plays a new saxophone note, the picture turns green telling her that she is doing it right. The tuner confused her a little a first but I think she gets it now. Maybe some videos would be helpful?
