1. The SAP Mobile Services Client is a native iOS application that gets its UI and business logic from JSON metadata.

2. The client connects to Mobile Services with an endpoint URL among other properties which are provided by the user.

3. When the client connects to Mobile Services, it receives the app metadata and connects to one or more OData services.

4. It's only usable if the user connects securely to a Mobile Services instance.

5. It's provided to the client using the App Update service of SAP Mobile Services.

6. The metadata is defined in a SAP Business Application Studio or SAP Web IDE-based editor.

7. These properties are usually embedded in a custom URL which is sent to the user's email.

8. OData can be securely stored locally so that it's available offline.

9. This app is "generic" in that no application definitions or data come with the app.

10. The UI is implemented with the SAP Fiori framework.

Install SAP Mobile Services Client app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "SAP"
The search will reveal the SAP Mobile Services Client app icon. Open, then click "Install".
