Lack of communication in app

Although it appears this app could be useful, it is nearly impossible to link your vehicle to the app. In the the app Porsche website it will show your vehicle and financial information in one page of the site but when looking at the other part of the app it will not let you add your vehicle.....even though it’s shown on the page of same app??? The process to add using the registration has yielded no result either.

I downloaded app 2 weeks and response said it would take a couple days to verify I was the owner, no one word even after I emailed for some sort of acknowledgement.

Can’t change preferred dealer

Jim Ellis Porsche Atlanta Perimeter is set as the app preferred dealer in the app and it can’t be changed.
That is the last place on earth I would ever go to purchase or service the app vehicle as it is a horrendously shady operation with crooked salesmen and an incompetent service department.

Very Poor Support

I sent Support an email requesting assistance in tracking a 2020 Porsche 911S Cabriolet that I ordered and was issued a vin number.
It’s been two weeks and I haven’t heard back from them.
