Great game even with its issues

This game is really great, but it seems like there is always a malfunction error after every feature update. I really enjoy this game because I love to collect a variety of my favorite characters from this really amazing anime. I also love to play the story battles and collect the scene cards, while I am collecting other items that will allow me to level up in a variety of different ways. There is always something new to make the battles a little more interesting or challenging and it becomes even more enjoyable when leveling up the office, characters, and your own personal ranking.
However, it would be nice if the issues or malfunction errors with the game would be resolved soon whenever the next update occurs. I now have two players accounts that I cannot access and have not been able to access after a feature update has occurred. I have tried all of the suggestions within the FAQ and even sent emails. One account stopped working after an update that occurred two months ago and the other one stopped working after this recent update. The fun never ends with this game and even thought there are some issues with the game, I hope to play it again soon.

Excellent App Support

There had been a complication of some sort where users were unable to access the game. Due to confusion and impatience on my part I almost lost my account because I had thought I set up my data transfer password, but I hadn’t. I sent an inquiry/email to them in hopes to get it back. They were quick to respond.
Within the same day, once I started emailing back about my problem, they were super accommodating. I got my account back in the end. I’m extremely impressed and very grateful.
I was already really far along in the game, it would’ve been devastating to lose all my progress. Please play and support this game, the people working behind the scenes work very hard to resolve any issues that come up!

Hi there! Loving the game! I had a Japanese account for a little bit and was excited to hear that it came out in English! Atsushi came home and I’m having a good time!
One tiny issue I have though is some issues with the terms used in English, particularly with the “Kamikaze” attack. Though the origin of the word “kamikaze” originated from centuries ago, those outside of Japan associate it with World War II and Japanese imperialism. I understand there needs to be a term that differentiates it from Sync Attack, but it would be best to use a term that avoids negative associations and conflict. Even a word that maintains a literal translation of “kamikaze,” such as “typhoon” or “whirlwind,” would be nice.

I can’t stop playing!

I’m a huge fan of anime, so I’ve been searching for a really good game for any anime, and then I found this: the best anime game I’ve ever seen and it’s my favorite anime too! It’s really easy to play nonstop, I forgot they even had a energy bar! And the slingshot fighting idea was so easy to use and understand! And once you get a good understanding of how it works, it’s so fun to try to get an all clear! And the level up system is really nice! Plus it follows the anime to a t! I could keep going but I’ll be nice and stop now... this game is my life now. Oh, and you can play this game completely for free!!!!! That’s the best part about it!!!!
