Answers I received were at a very basic level and when asked a little more difficult question, the answer was, “I don’t know, I’ll send an email that should help.” I’ve tried following the instructions, minimal as they were, and had no luck at all. I am now receiving emails telling me my software is not installed yet. I’m now attempting to uninstall and be done with it. I’m very unsatisfied and would not recommend this to anyone.
