What is BFV-Team-App?
The BFV-Team-App is a free app designed to help football teams in Bayern organize themselves quickly and easily. Coaches can register and invite team members to join, and the app provides a range of features to help manage the team, including communication tools, player stats, and game schedules.
1. Alle im SpielPLUS für das Team gemeldeten Spieler*innen werden in der App angezeigt und können ganz einfach über auf dem Smartphone installierten "Teilen"-Apps (WhatsApp, E-Mail, SMS, Skype, etc.) eingeladen werden.
2. Eltern von Kindern die noch kein eigenes Smartphone besitzen, können vom Trainer eingeladen werden und ganz einfach zu Trainings oder Spielen eingeladen werden, Aufgaben für ihre Kinder verwalten und ihre Kids in der App verwalten.
3. Im Anschluss siehst du alle Daten und Informationen zu deinen Spieler*innen und kannst diese verwalten.
4. Mit der BFV-Team-App bist du immer auf dem aktuellsten Stand und kannst auf alle offiziellen Spieltermine und Spieler*innen zurückgreifen, die im SpielPLUS-System hinterlegt sind.
5. Es können auch weitere Personen (außerhalb der offiziell spielberechtigten Spieler*innen) zum Team hinzugefügt werden.
6. Stimmen die Angaben mit den im SpielPLUS hinterlegten Daten überein, erhältst du einen Link an die angegebene Mail-Adresse und kannst mit der Nutzung der App beginnen.
7. So hast du einen direkten Überblick über die Verfügbarkeit der Spieler*innen und übernommene Aufgaben.
8. Einfach als Trainer*in registrieren, einen Einladungslink verschicken und schon kann's losgehen.
9. Nach der erfolgreichen Freischaltung musst du die Spieler*innen von der Spielberechtigungsliste des SpielPLUS-Systems einladen, die die App verwenden sollen.
10. Auch Anwesenheits- und die Leistungsstatistiken jedes einzelnen Teammitglieds siehst du auf einen Blick.
11. Zum Start der App ist es wichtig, dass das Team für die Verwendung der App freigeschaltet wird.
