What is adidas TEAM FX?

Adidas GMR is a football performance tracking app that uses the Google-powered Jacquard Tag and specially designed insole to detect your on-pitch moves and actions. The app syncs and displays your stats, including shot power, distance travelled, running speed, number of kicks, and explosive bursts. You can analyze and compare your football stats with friends and pros, set your own challenges, and see your lifetime stats and development. The app also features a step-by-step tutorial on how to correctly pair your Jacquard Tag and insert it into the GMR insoles, a main dashboard that displays all relevant information about your Jacquard Tag, and a FAQ section and live chat for customer support.

Software Features and Description

1. adidas GMR is the new way to play connected -The Google-powered Jacquard™ Tag and specially designed insole slip into any footwear to detect your on-pitch moves and actions, then sync and display them as stats in the GMR app on your mobile.

2. You’ll then be asked for a few extra details, to ensure the algorithm on the Jacquard Tag is calibrated for accurate motion tracking.

3. Battery status, connection status, name of your Jacquard Tag and a backup button to manually trigger data synchronization with your Jacquard Tag, if required.

4. You’ll be given a step-by-step tutorial on how to correctly pair your Jacquard Tag and insert it into the GMR insoles.

5. Pairing: Videos are used to demonstrate how to charge and enable pairing of the Jacquard Tag.

6. Profile creation: If you don’t already have an existing adidas account, you’ll need to create a new one to register.

7. After selecting your Jacquard Tag from a list of available devices, the firmware update is initialized.

8. Once you successfully set up your Jacquard Tag, the GMR app main dashboard and all other features are enabled.

9. Tag insertion: Additional videos demonstrate how to correctly insert the tag into the GMR insoles.

10. In order to use it you need the GMR product and the GMR app (free to download).

Sync Issue

Last night the email verification issue was resolved. Thank you for fixing that. The new issue is that my data is not syncing. I synced once today, but after 5 my data was not syncing because it said that my phone isn’t connected to the internet. My phone is connected. Please fix this issue.

I got the tag yesterday and it worked fine when I synced it to the Fifa app. Today I tried syncing it but it said my phone wasn’t connected to the internet even though I could see it was. I deleted the GMR app and then reloaded it but when I put my email in it said that the “email verification failed”. I reloaded the app on another phone and it said the same thing.

Neither the registration nor login process work

After completing all the device pairing and firmware updates, the app won’t even let me use it without registration, which seems to have issues. Registering a new email login does not work - throws an error when setting up the password. If I register through the website, it won’t recognize the password and throws another error. If I try to reset the password, it does not do anything either. Finally, at least me at least use the thing without the registration process.
