Customer service is a joke.

This site has a lot of games and it was fun to play on but the customer support is awful. I set limits on my account so I can manage how much I play. I’ve been disconnected from this site (because it freezes up constantly) while trying to make a deposit and it apparently counted towards my deposit limit?? Another time I typed the wrong number in when entering my card( honest mistake) and that “attempt” to deposit counted towards my deposit limit? I’ve played on every site in nj and I’ve never ever experienced anything like that. When I reached out to customer service, initially they were nice about it but that quickly changed when I spoke to a manager who was extremely rude and dismissive towards me when I tried to explain what had happened. He continuously told me that my version of events was incorrect (huh????) and logged off our chat mid convo when I was trying to tell him that what he was saying was all wrong. I will be closing my account and playing somewhere else. There are a ton of sites in NJ and I’ve never ever had anyone at those companies speak to me the way this man did. If I didn’t send the deposit through, and no money was deposited into my account- I should not be told that I’ve reached my deposit limits. That’s absurd.

I love Hardrock! The incentives, the progressive payouts, and online support! When I can’t get to the resort which is about 45 minutes from me, I play online, and can still earn wild card rewards.

Please do not deposit money using this app or use their web browser. Avoid this company. They give you multiple options to deposit, quick and easy. However when you need to withdraw, the page timeouts or generates an error. I have tried using phone app, phone browser, multiple pc browsers. This is very concerning. I couldn’t even place a bet while in Jersey City.

The location services are terrible and frequently just continuously checks so you have to restart the app and try again. Depositing functionality is often glitchy and takes me to the same page over and over again to enter my paypal info. Some of the games are so slow while playing (blackjack)
