Disappointed - No Response

When I read the reviews, someone complained about there being no option to try the 3 days for free. The owners said that there was an option to click on. I downloaded the app and saw the 3 day free trial. What I didn’t see - was the “small print” to click on so I wouldn’t be charged. I pressed CONTINUE - expecting to have another window open with the option for the 3 day free trial. About 10 minutes after I opened the the app app I realized that I didn’t want it. I promptly contacted the owners and asked them to please cancel it. I haven’t gotten a response but I thought it was handled until I saw the charge to my account this morning. I emailed Apple this morning but haven’t heard from them. Can you please CANCEL it and REFUND the charge? I haven’t used it since and will delete it. Thank you for your help. P.s. Have you noticed that they don’t respond to the reviews that request a refund? Since it was my mistake I would be willing to pay a token amount for the few days I’ve had it.

I just got this app and I just opened it and it already wanted a credit card for a free trial. And I haven’t even got a chance to look at it to see the pics. The app didn’t say a word about a free trial. I just want to see if it’s something I want to keep and not have to worry if I go past 7 days that I’m not going to be charged for using it. To whomever I would love the chance to try out your app without having to link my bank card. I really hope that this can be done and I will tell my friends that like to color to check this app out and recommend it on their blogs!! Thank you for your time!!

This app is easy to use and has a lot of beautiful pictures to color. There are options for kids, teens and adults! I’m so happy with the amount of people coloring pages bc I love coloring people! I also love that there are cartoon characters for kids to color and I also love to color them. I definitely recommend this app to anyone who loves to color!
