- App is not suitable for those who need to take medication at specific times

- Free version has at least 2 ads every time the app is opened

- Reminders can still be sent for deactivated medications.

Not super helpful

App is not super helpful. There is not really an “alarm” that goes off to remind you to take your meds. It’s more of a pop-up notification that you can easily miss (which I did a few times). This was not necessarily problematic for me because I didn’t have to take my medications at super specific times, but if you have to take your medication on the minute, this app is NOT for you. Unless you buy the full version, you have to wait through at least 2 ads every single time you open the app. Even when I added in medications and had them as “deactivated,,“ they still sometimes sent me a reminder to take that medication? I’m not sure why that is. Anyways, I’m sure there are better apps out there for med reminders.
Can not edit hour of administration

Can not edit hour of administration until purchase $1.99 full version / professional version Can not find how to initiate / buy version that allows usefulness to begin. Eventually, after clicking around a lot, a pop up offered purchase option. Would be nice if this was on main menu. Might be somewhere I have not yet clicked. Working well now.
Pill Reminder

It was easy setting up my 2 prescriptions. Luckily my meds are taken at the same time in the morning. I set one med for 3 times a day, 5 hours apart. I set the 2nd med for 2 times a day, 12 hours apart, and chose the alarm sound. When the alarm sounds, it takes me back to the app where I tap the check mark indicating that I took my meds. After a week or so I went into the tracker to see if I how I did.
Works as expected... until it doesn’t.

App works fine so far. Refill reminders are nice. If you want to view your history and tracking for taking medications, you have to write a review and rate 5 stars. So that’s my review. Edit: For some reason all my medications have disappeared. They still appear as “active” medications, but they no longer appear as options for me to “take” or “skip”. Downgrading from 5 stars (which was previously required of me anyway) to 2. When the app WORKS it’s great, but when it doesn’t it’s a total waste of energy and money.
