Download an Android emulator for PC:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "EXIF"
The search will reveal the EXIF - Editor & Extension app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once EXIF is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including EXIF.

Disappointed - Can not edit GPS Metadata

This app’s description fooled me. I boutht it so that I could edit meta data - but it does not provide that capability to edit GPS metadata (Altitude, Latitude, nor Longitude. Am dissappointed. Hoping developer will add that capability, or make corrections to what they say can be done. Specificillay, developer states as follows: “Edit each of meta data items.” (It does not.) I want my money back!

Does what it should do. Opening directly from Photos app is quite useful.

Seems to work great on small files and images. Seems to hang on 10 minute videos. Crashes on larger videos > 30 minutes. (iPhone Xs)
